RULES

Deposits

Some services may require deposits. The deposit does go towards your balance and the remainder needs to be paid in cash. If you have not been a regular client, we require cash. Depending on what service you book the deposit will vary. Our payments are CASH, VENMO, ZELLE and CASH APP…Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but are transferable within 48-hours, one time only! Any appointments taken over the phone between 6am-8am require a deposit.

Rescheduling/Cancellations
  • It is your responsibility to reschedule or cancel. Do not text, call, or email to do so, unless we scheduled via phone call. If your stylist does not respond fast enough, it is up to you to edit your appointment and all services that you want. Also, if your stylist does not get back to you quickly enough, BOOK A CONSULTATION. Please reschedule if your sick😩. You have until before 48-hrs within your scheduled appt time to reschedule so your deposit can be transferrable to your next appt. There are no refunds on deposits, of course unless it was our fault for cancellation. If you no call/no show or cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged the total price.

  • Squeeze ins are a $25 fee

  • No children w/o being serviced 

  • No extra guest unless being serviced 

  • 15 minute late grace period, afterwards, appointment is subject to be canceled and 50% payment will be due 

Food for Thought
  • After your service, please be vocal of your satisfaction because there are no refunds to any services and all sales are final. This will also help us understand if we are the stylist for you, and if so help grow our relationship. Please let us know anything you might need us to do differently before you leave. We will appreciate it! We also promise that if you let us know any issue that you may have prior to ending your appointment with us, we will take care of the problem as best as we can after all, clients help us grow. ❤️

  • Keep in mind that schedules can be thrown off by clients for various reasons, so please DO NOT book when you know you have a time sensitive day. All appointment durations are only estimations! Please arrive with patience, as some styles may take longer under different circumstances. 

 

Just A Reminder!
  • It's your responsibility to cancel, reschedule, and book the correct service.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours, your deposit will not be credited to your rescheduled appointment. NO REFUNDS.

  • If you reschedule more than once, you have to pay a new deposit and the second deposit will go towards your new appointment.

  • Understand I can do whatever you need me to do, but anything extra, cost extra… Basic Curls are included …Detangling, Wand Curls, Cuts, Trims etc… are additional services.

  • No pets at the salon.
